| This has been one of my most popular paintings. It has been published on the covers of two major magazines and is one of the few paintings I've had reproduced. It was still wet on the easel when it was purchased by my friend the sculptor Grant Speed as a present for his wife. |
Ah mortality! My cat disappeared one day, the basket fell apart and the model is now forty-three.
